Citizens Advice Basingstoke is a local charity providing FREE, confidential and impartial advice for everybody, no matter what their circumstances.
Phone: To discuss your enquiry directly with an adviser, please call our freephone Adviceline on 0808 2 787829. Our advisers are logged in and taking calls, call waiting times may vary and are approximately 15 minutes. Our phone lines are open from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm
Email: Please complete and submit the enquiry form and you will receive a response by email from an Adviser, usually within 3 working days. Our form is available 24/7.
In Person: Please click here for the times and locations of our drop-in service. Further in- person appointments may be booked after we have spoken to you.
